November 30th Somos invites you to a special night of wild game where the hunter may become the hunted and the prey may not be what it seems.. SomoS Chef of this Popup Dinner, Charlotte Mieß presents Eifel game cuisine with delicate Autumn flavors. The evening will feature an appetizing blend of food, music, art, projections and ambience the classic theme of the hunt.
Charlotte Mieß, who currently works as chef at “Club Michel” at Frankfurt’s notorious Bahnhofsviertel, discovered at an early age the creative possibilities of preparing food. She loves to experiment, exchanging her experiences with colleagues and friends along the way. Following her own way, juggling dishes and tastes, she finds solutions that are also visually very attractive. With time, the aspect of local and seasonal ingredients came into focus for Charlotte, taking into account the green footprint. Her colleague and friend David Szczesny will be at her side this night.
For this event the animals were hunted in the Hohenvenn Forrest in the Couvinian (Eifel)
