Berlin artists and creatives often pilot social innovation. More and more, these social innovations take place in the fields of production processes and work conditions of the creatives, for instance in temporary multi-disciplinary group projects in which persons from very different backgrounds work together to solve certain problems or questions. In these contexts, the individual artistic way of working makes way for hybrid group processes.
But what does this mean for the artistic process and the individual creative independence? What can be the goals and effectiveness of such temporary working communities? Which kinds of practical, legal and technical frameworks are needed?
These questions are discussed in a workshop that aims to present the best requirements, skills, and structures for successful creative teamwork.
