Museum digital engagement specialist and photographer Ina Prügel joins SomoS for a two-month residency.

Ina started out as a content producer and designer, working for web agencies and research organizations in Germany, before moving to the UK where she worked in the arts and cultural sector, developing digital strategies, workshops and educational events, as well as various websites, blogs, learning resources and creative content.

Ina Prügel holds an MSc in Digital Media, which focused on physical and digital interaction, user experience, behavioral and social science, learning methodologies as well as interaction design and processes.

Her previous projects include development of digital products and learning experiences at Historic Royal Palaces; strategic development for digital and audience engagement at The National Archives and Cambridge University Museums.

While spending part of her Sabbatical leave at SomoS, Ina continues working on her street photography project that focuses on loneliness and isolation in big cities, London, New York, and now Berlin.

Ina Prügel’s photographic residency coincides with Berlin Photo Week which SomoS highly recommends to visit for all interested in contemporary photography world.
